Telephones:
All of the rooms have telephones able to receive calls.
Ask the admissions desk to connect the phone-line when you complete your administrative formalities. Your telephone access will be controlled by a personalised code. You can pay for the service when you leave the hospital.

Television:
Each room has a television. This will be subject to a supplementary charge.

Internet:
The hospital has a wifi network: IHFB-Guest.

Drinks:

Vending machines for non-alcoholic drinks and snacks along with other necessities are available in the entrance hall on the ground floor.

The hairdresser:
If you require the services of a hairdresser, you can ask one to visit you in your room provided they respect the organisation of the ward you are in. This sevice will not be covered by the hospital

Valuables:
We strongly recommend that you do not keep valuables or money in your room. It is best to leave anything that you will not need during your hospitalisation with your family.
At the hospital entrance there are also safes in which you can leave your valuables once you have established a clear inventory of them.
If you will be leaving the hospital over the weekend or on a bank holiday remember to recover them beforehand. Talk to the staff on the ward for more information.
The hospital will not be held responsible for any stolen items or valuables.

Bedding:
The hospital will provide all of the bedding sheets you will need during your stay.
Remember to bring your toiletry essentials any personal items you will need.
