Our values

Beyond the high standards of the care provided by the medical staff of the Hôpital Franco-Britannique, they also apply a genuine “Care” philosophy which generates a climate of confidence around each patient.

To this end, the Hospital is committed to the strict application of its ”Values Charter”:

High standards and creativity

Establishments that work with patients that are ill or in a fragile medical condition must seek to achieve the highest possible standards in terms of how they receive, support and treat their patients.

In the current climate, where each case is unique and where new conditions arise almost on a daily basis, medical staff are constantly in a situation where they have to invent new solutions to meet the healthcare needs of their patients.

Humanity and simplicity

The assistance proposed by all establishments is aimed at each individual as a whole, subject to the availability of its resources.

Relations between individuals, be they professionals, partners, service providers or members of the public, must systematically encourage consensus, open exchange and cordiality.

Energy and solidarity

Since it was first founded, the Foundation has always looked to the future and the need to provide responses to emerging healthcare needs.

Ever since it was recognised as a public interest establishment in 1916, its actions have always concentrated on supporting and assisting patients in difficult circumstances.
